Hi everybody, I'm new to OS X and I was wondering if there is some software to emulate 7.1 surround sound when using headphones.

Razer Surround creates a virtual audio device able to play perfectly 7.1 or 5.1 audio with 'true' virtual surround.

I know about Hear, but it doesn't create a virtual audio device, it just distort and enhance the sound and definitely doesn't provide virtual surround support.

Anyone knows some software or the only option available is to buy some 7.1 headphones compatible with OS X?
